With the weather forecast looking promising for thunderstorms, I had my camera rolling for a time-lapse and captured the contrails of a high altitude aircraft flyover.
These tend to be rare here in Auckland, since most aircraft coming into NZ airspace are coming in to land, so we usually see them at altitudes too low to leave visible contrails.
